Cannabis Outreach Survey
Virginia will allow retail cannabis sales beginning July 1, 2027. The City of Virginia Beach is exploring local zoning regulations related to retail cannabis businesses and commercial cannabis cultivation.
This survey is intended to gather community input regarding this exploration. It is not a vote on whether cannabis should be legal in Virginia.
This survey will be available through 11:59 p.m. on Oct. 20, 2026.
